According to Stanford Medical, It's really the ONLY reason this country's women get to live 10 years more and weigh on average 19 kilos lighter than we do.
(And by the way, it has absoloutely NOTHING to do with genetics or some secret exercise and absolutely EVERYTHING to around "how" they eat.)
